Inclusions
A booking at “Sumba Surf Camp” is subject to an individual and daily rate. This rate is decided by SSC management, and can be adjusted without notice.
Inclusions:
- Transportation to the nearby surf breaks (within 30 minutes maximum) by boat or car.
- Accommodation (Main house or Bungalow)
- 3 meals per day
- Drinking water
- Free flow of Coffee & tea
- Wi-Fi
Payment
To validate your inscription and to confirm your booking at “Sumba Surf Camp”, the total amount of the required services must be paid.
You can find the bank details in the invoice, which we will send you by e-mail once you confirm the dates of your trip.
The booking will be considered as valid when the required amount has been transferred to our bank account, and you have received a confirmation e-mail.
All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
50% deposit is required on booking.
Balance payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days before arrival.
If Sumba Surf Camp doesn’t receive the 50% balance payment during the week following the emission of the invoice, the trip can be cancelled and the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival, the payment of the full amount is required.
Conditions
The customer must be physically fit and capable to swim. The client confirms that he doesn’t suffers from a medical condition that prevents him/her from going surfing or bodyboarding. We require that you communicate us any relevant medical aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities etc.
The customer must subscribe an International Assistance and Health Insurance, and communicate its reference and phone number to Sumba Surf Camp before the start of the trip.
The dates of the trip are fixed and cant be changed.
The customer is responsible for the Sumba Surf Camp equipment during its use and accepts the responsibility to replace it in case of loss or serious damage.
Cancellations
The cancellation will be valid the day we receive it.
If the payment of the total amount has already been made, we will refund 50% of the total amount if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the starting date of the trip.
There will be no refund for cancellations happening less than 60 days before the starting date of the trip. In that case, we recommend that you to contact your travel insurance.
However, please let us know as soon as possible your intention to cancel, as we will do our best to book new customers, and give you a partial refund.
Responsibility
Sumba Surf Camp is excluded from any liability to the Customer and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or Injury to the Customer arising from or connected with any activity or stay conducted by Sumba Surf Camp, no matter how that loss, damage or injury is caused.
The Customer acknowledges that there are inherent dangers both apparent and hidden associated with driving, boating and surfing.
We strongly advise that you subscribe an assistance and medical insurance valid for Indonesia.
